IEEE International Power Electronics and Application Symposium (PEAS) is an international symposium for presentation and discussion of the state-of-the-art in power electronics, energy conversion and its applications. The IEEE PEAS 2023 is the second meeting of PEAS, which will be held in Guangzhou, China, during November 10-13, 2023. 2023 China Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Congress & The 26th China Power Supply Society Conference and Exhibition will be held during the PEAS 2023.

The worldwide power electronic industry, research, and academia are cordially invited to participate in an array of presentations, tutorials, and social activities for the advancement of science, technology, engineering education, and fellowship. Technical interests of the symposium include, but are not limited to:

   * Advanced DC/DC converters and Power Factor Correction Converters

   * Advanced DC/AC Inverter Topologies, Modulations, and Controls

   * Advanced Control, Modeling, Simulation, and Stability of Power Electronics Systems

   * Advanced Power Devices (Si, SiC, GaN devices etc) and Their Applications

   * Magnetics, EMI, Passive Integration and Digital Manufacture Technology

   * Reliability, Diagnosis, Prognosis and Protection of Power Electronics

   * Conversion and Control Technologies for Renewable Energy and Storage Systems

   * Power Electronics for Transmission and Distribution

   * Power Electronics for Motor Drives and Transportations

   * Power Electronics for Converter Dominated Grid-Forming Power System

   * Power Electronics for Wireless Power Transfer

   * Power Electronics for Power ICs, Lighting, Consumer Electronics, ICT, Medical, IoT and Energy Harvesting etc.

   * Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Security in Power Electronics Systems

   * Other Invited Topics and Emerging Topics in Power Electronics

Paper Submission

The working language of the symposium is English. Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit digests of their work in English (Maximum 6 pages in double space, in pdf format), following the instructions available on the website: http://peas.cpss.org.cn/. The digest is a summary of your paper including the digest title, abstract, digest text and references. 

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the symposium proceedings, and submitted to the IEEE Xplore on-line digital library and EI Compendex.

Tutorials

Several high-quality tutorials will be offered on Friday, November 10, 2023. 

Prospective lecturers are invited to send a proposal before July 15, 2023 July 30, 2023 to the Tutorial Chair: Xinbo Ruan, on https://jinshuju.net/f/PdTbJH

The proposal should be including:

  ·Tutorial title
  ·Name, affiliation, and short bio(s) of the lecturer(s)
  ·Objectives and audience
  ·Synopsis

Industry Session Presentations

In order to strengthen the cooperation among industries with academics, PEAS 2023 will arrange industry sessions during the symposium. Speakers are invited to make a presentation only without submitting a formal paper. These presentations will be included in the PEAS 2023 symposium proceeding. Each presentation should be limited within 30 minutes (25 minutes for presentation, plus 5 minutes for Q&A). We seek technical presentations rather than marketing-oriented talks.
